Baylee is an expert in strategic negotiations, leasing & optimization. She adores the relationships that she builds with clients. With 8 years of experience in dental PPO negotiations, she is passionate about delivering the best possible results for incredible returns on investment. Baylee loves spending time with family & getting stronger through weightlifting. She loves music (Kpop especially). Proud STAY & ATINY.

Chief Executive Officer
Kelsey is a trailblazer in the world of PPO Negotiations & optimizing reimbursements with insurance carriers. With 10 years of experience, she has a passion for identifying PPO problems, creating solutions and helping dental practices increase revenue strategically. Kelsey loves travel, weightlifting, spoiling her niece & nephews, backpacking & trying new food!

Killua is our newest intern at Beacon PPO Solutions. Even with his limited experience, he still provides a great energy to our team (although he's a bit of a 'fraidy cat).
